1. When will my order ship from Xiuyuan Jewelry?
Delivery of products will be made during business hours at the delivery address specified by you at the time of order. The person receiving the products may be asked to inspect the products and acknowledge receipt of products after inspection.
- Time will not be an essence of any sale of products. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products by any carrier. Delivery dates (if any) specified by us for delivery of products are intended to be an estimate only and time for delivery is not guaranteed. If no dates are specified, we will endeavor to deliver as soon as we can conveniently do so. We reserve the right to contact you and agree on alternate delivery timelines, if the delivery address is remote.
Products in stock will be shipped about 3 working days. Products out of stock will be shipped about 15-30 working days.
2. Who will deliver my order and how quickly will I receive it?
According to the logistics provider you choose to send. We mainly cooperate with YunExpress, DHL, Fedex and UPS.
YunExpress( transportation time is about 6-10 working days)
DHL, Fedex and UPS( transportation time is 3-5 working days)
3. How much the fright?
We are wholesale goods, so freight is according to the situation. Please contact the sales to know the freight.
4. We mainly adopt EXW trade terms.
